2021 Class 3A Iowa High School Boys Basketball State Tournament

Here are the 2021 Iowa High School Boys State Basketball Tournament Class 3A pairings and results.

Class 3A quarterfinal games will be played on Tuesday, March 19. The winners advance to the state semifinals on Thursday, March 11. The championship game is scheduled for Friday, March 12 at 5 PM. Due to restrictions related to COVID-19, consolation games have been suspended this year.

The eight-team field includes four teams that were part of the 2020 tournament: Ballard of Huxley, Pella, Sergeant Bluff-Luton and Monticello, which was a Class 2A qualifier a year ago. The rest of the field includes: Clear Lake, Dallas Center-Grimes, Davenport Assumption and Western Dubuque of Epworth.

Norwalk is the defending Class 3A champion, but did not qualify for the 2021 tournament. Sergeant Bluff-Luton finished second in 2020 and is the No. 6 seed this year.
