Funeral Services for a Sumner woman, 50 year old Mary Mattke are Saturday, 10:30 at St. John Lutheran Church, Sumner.  Interment to follow at church cemetery.  Friends may call , Friday, 4-7pm at the church and also one hour prior to services.

Services for a new Hampton woman, 89 year old Carol Bowers are Saturday, 11am at First United Methodist Church, New Hampton.  Interment at Alcock Cemetery, rural Tripoli.  Friends may greet the family beginning at 9am on Saturday at the church.

Services for an Oelwein woman, 89 year old Lois Briggs are Saturday, 10:30 at Peace Lutheran Church, Oelwein.  Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery.  Visitation is Friday, 4-7pm at Geilenfeld Funeral Home, Oelwein.

A Mass of Christian Burial for an Alta Vista woman, 83 year old Doris “Dori” Haskovec will be held Saturday, 10:30 at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, Alta Vista.  Visitation is Friday, 4-7pm with a Scriptural Wake Service at 7pm at Conway-Markham Funeral Home, Elma.  Visitation is also one hour prior to services at the church.
