The journey out west was a successful one for the UNI men's basketball team.

A two-game road trip that began Tuesday night with an upset of No. 24 Colorado, ended Thursday evening with a dominating 82-58 victory against Grand Canyon in Phoenix, Ariz.

A.J. Green led the Panthers with a game-high 25 points. Trae Burhow (18), Austin Phyfe (13) and Spencer Haldeman (12) also scored in double-figures for UNI.

The Panthers (10-1) began the game with an 11-0 run, while the Antelopes missed their first nine shots. UNI owned a double-digit lead for the final 32 minutes of the game, which included a 43-26 margin at halftime.

As a team, UNI shot 55.2% (16-29) from the floor. The Panthers dominated the glass, hauling in 43 rebounds while holding Grand Canyon to 21.

Green scored 14 of his 25 points in the second half, going 7-for-7 at the free throw line.
