A Manchester woman faces several charges, for having a quantity of methamphetamine, and resisting arrest.


At about 11pm Tuesday (March 12), Manchester Police served arrest warrants on 57 year old Robin Kinney, as she was leaving a residence.

During the arrest, Kinney allegedly resisted arrest by trying to pull away from the officers, several times.

After Kinney was restrained, she was searched. Police discovered that Kinney had about 21.5 grams of methamphetamine in her possession, along with some drug paraphernalia.

Kinney is being charged with Interference with Official Acts, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Failure to Affix a Drug Tax Stamp.
