Sunday Traffic Stop in Oelwein Results in OWI Charge

A local man has been arrested after a traffic stop in Oelwein early Sunday morning (Aug. 23).

At about 2:30am, Oelwein Police stopped a vehicle in the 2600 block of South Frederick.

Following an investigation, the driver, 44 year old Troy Parker of Oelwein, was taken into custody for OWI-1st Offense.
