Speeder in Fayette County Arrested on Violation

Fayette County authorities have arrested an eastern Iowa man on driving violations.

At about 10:30pm Wednesday (Nov. 9) a Fayette County deputy pulled over a car for speeding, on Highway 150, just south of the city of Fayette.

After an investigation, it was determined that the driver, 23 year old Jacob Ray of Kalona, had a suspended drivers license.

Ray was taken into custody and charged with Speeding and 2 Counts of Driving While Suspended.

Ray was held until his initial court appearance.
