2 Arrested on Separate Warrants in Oelwein

Oelwein Police have arrrested a local woman on an outstanding warrant.
At about 1:30am Monday (Nov. 7), 31 year old Jonya Smith of Oelwein was taken into custody on a Probation Violation Warrant, on an Original Charge of Child Endangerment.
Smith was arrested in the 100 block of 4th Avenue NE.

A Manchester woman has been arrested in Oelwein, on a warrant from Delaware County. Just before 7:30pm Saturday (Nov. 5), 40 year old Teresa Perez was arrested in the 600 block of 7th Street SE in Oelwein, by local police. Perez was wanted on Delaware County Warrant for Theft in the 4th Degree.
