Oelwein Traffic Stop Nets Arrest of Local Man

A traffic stop early this (Thursday) morning in Oelwein has resulted in the arrest of a local man.

At about 3am today, Oelwein Police pulled over a car in the 10 block of 1st Avenue SE.

The driver, 23 year old Michael Boriboun of Oelwein, was taken into custody for operating while under the influence of alcohol.
