An Oelwein woman has been arrested following an incident early this (Tuesday) morning. Oelwein police were called to the 2500 block of South Frederick at about 1am. 21 year old Megan Owens was taken into custody for possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of a domestic abuse no-contact order.

Oelwein police were called out Sunday afternoon to a disturbance in the 700 block of 3rd avenue SW. There, they arrested 23 year old Ryan Pedersen of Oelwein for driving while his license is suspended, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief fourth degree.

Also Sunday afternoon, authorities received a driving complaint in the 200 block of 3rd avenue SE in Oelwein. 27 year old Jammie Aldrich of Oelwein was charged with disorderly conduct and driving while suspended.

Late Saturday afternoon, following an investigation, 28 year old Paul Foxen of Oelwein was taken into custody for two counts of forgery: credit card use.

And late Friday night, Oelwein police were called to a house in the 400 block of 2nd avenue ne, to search for a man who had a current warrant. During the search, officers witnessed 25 year old Matthew Winter of Oelwein, in possession of a controlled substance. He was then arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
