NE Iowa Man Arrested for Refusing to Leave Bar

A Fayette man has been arrested for refusing to leave a tavern.

The incident happened shortly after 2am Sunday, at the Cabo Blue Sports Bar in Fayette.

Authorities were called when 22 year old Juan Guzman-Estevane would not leave, when the bar closed for the night.

Guzman-Estevane was taken into custody by the Fayette County sheriff, on charges of public intoxication and trespassing.
