Local Man Arrested on Warrant for Domestic Incident

A Northeast Iowa man has been arrested on an out of state warrant, initially concerning a domestic incident.

On Friday (Jan. 18) at about 2:30pm, the Oelwein Police Department took 52 year old David Nuehring of Oelwein into custody.

Nuehring was wanted on an Arkansas Warrant for a Parole Violation.

The original charge is Domestic Battering-3rd Degree.

No other information on the charge was available.
