To say the shooting was ugly last night at Carver-Hawkeye Arena would be an understatement. Iowa shot just 3 of 20 from three-point range and just 33% overall for the game. But the Badgers didn't fare much better at only 37%. And then Iowa rallied late and Wisconsin got, well...a bit 'grabby'.

The Hawkeyes were in full rally mode and had taken their first lead of the game late in the second half. Officials called a flagrant foul on Wisconsin's Brad Davison during a timeout. They say that he punched Iowa's Connor McCaffery in the 'upper leg' area. TV replays failed to show what accurately happened. But as you'll see below, that was NOT his upper leg!

Davison was called for a flagrant one, which meant two free throws and possession. Game over. Iowa completed their comeback 68-62. Luka Garza had 21 points and 18 rebounds to lead Iowa. Guards CJ Fredrick and Joe Touissant had 17 and 11 points.
