Ilegal Tattoo Charge, and Suspicious Person Investigation
A West Union man faces charges for allegedly tattooing a minor, and other offenses.
Just before 4pm Monday (May 3), 26 year old Jager Beck was taken into custody on a failure to appear arrest warrant.
The original charges were a 2nd Offense Sex Offender Registry Violation, Unlawful Tattooing of a Minor, and Tattooing Without a Permit. Beck was held until his initial court appearance. His bond was set at $2,000.

Deputies were summoned Saturday afternoon, after receiving several reports of a suspicious person, walking and sitting on the highway, near the intersection of 240th Street and Highway 18, northeast of West Union.
37 year old Daryl Shea of Sumner was arrested for Public Intoxication.
Shea was held in the Fayette County jail until his first court appearance.
