Hawkeye Farm Show in Cedar Falls

The 27th Annual Hawkeye Farm Show continues Wednesday and Thursday this week in Cedar Falls at the UNI Dome.  Each day offers free ISU Extension seminars at 11 am and 1pm.  On Wednesday Dr. Chad Hart will speak at 11 about Grain Market Outlook for 2014/2015.  At 1pm David Baker will be speaking on Farm Business Succession. With Free Admission and Free Parking, the Hawkeye Farm Show is an expensive event suited for the entire family.  Sure Grip Net Wrap and Baler Twine is the sponsor this year for the $1000 in show dollars to be given away each day of the show to one lucky person, must be present to win.  Drawings are held at 1pm.  The show floor is packed with vendors providing the latest in Ag technology.
