Fayette Co. Man Arrested after Traffic Stop

An Arlington man faces charges after being pulled over by the Fayette County Sheriff Tuesday night.

At about 6pm Tuesday, 54 year old Roger Weston was stopped for a traffic violation just north of Arlington.

Following an investigation, Weston was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated, and having an open container of alcohol.

He was taken to the Fayette County jail, to await a court appearance.
