Arrest for Handing Out Drugs at Residential Facility

Fayette County authorities have arrested a Mason City man, for allegedly giving out illegal drugs at a residential facility.

At about 12:30pm Sunday (Oct. 22), the Fayette County Sheriff got a report of a suspicious person who was giving away a controlled substance at the Prairie View Residential Facility near Fayette.

After getting several interviews and seizing some prescription drugs, officers arrested 74 year old David Kenyon for Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

Kenyon was held in the Fayette County jail until his initial court appearance.
