Area Man Arrested on Theft Charge in Oelwein

An area man has been arrested on a theft charge.
Shortly before 7pm on January 1st, Oelwein police were called to an incident in the 100 block of South Frederick Avenue.

Following an investigation, 24 year old Jesus Martinez of Independence was taken into custody on a charge of Theft 5th-Degree, which is a Simple Misdemeanor.
