Owners of a rural Clayton County campground continue to cleanup from weekend flooding.

On Saturday, the area received torential rains, forcing Sny Magill Creek out of it's banks south of McGregor.

The creek flows through Paradise Valley Campground, where the rain-swollen stream pushed boats off their trailers, and moved them to the other side of the campground.

According to area residents, they are familiar with the creek's flash flooding.

Northeast Iowa received anywhere from an inch, to 6 inches of rain in a short period Saturday afternoon, prompting officials to issue flash flood warnings.
