If the answer to losing a little weight is to stop exercising and start drinking more coffee yeah, I'm here for that. According to a new study out of England, drinking coffee just might help you burn off fat.

The researchers found that coffee can stimulate something called 'brown fat' in your body. That's a special kind of fat that heats up and burns calories. (Magic fat?)

Now this isn't a license to start drinking two dozen cups of coffee a day and hoping it makes you supermodel skinny. The researchers say that more studies are needed but for now, this link between coffee and burning fat DOES look promising. I for one, should weigh about 90 pounds now if this is accurate.

The study went on to say coffee helps the fight against diabetes in addition to obesity because not only does coffee consumption increase the capability of brown fat, it helps to improve your glucose levels. Oh yeah, and it wakes you up...
