Single Car Accident Takes Life of Northern Iowa Man
One person has died and another injured in a traffic accident in Mitchell County.
It happened at about 4:45am Tuesday (May 4) on Red Ball Road, north of Osage.
A car driven by 24 year old Nathan Kettwig of Swaledale, ran over some railroad tracks, went out of control, and entered a ditch where it rolled over.
Kettwig was killed in the accident; a passenger, 24 year old Jenalyn Funte of Clarksville, was taken to the Osage hospital for treatment.
The accident was investigated by the Iowa State Patrol, with assistance from the Michell County Sheriff's Office, and EMS Osage Fire,
