Oelwein Man Arrested for Forgery

An Oelwein man has been arrested on an outstanding warrant for forgery.
At about 2pm Monday, 22 year old Caleb Gildard of Oelwein was taken into custody. Gildard was wanted on a Fayette County sheriff's warrant, on original charges of ten counts of forgery. No other information regarding the forgery incidents, was released.

An Oelwein teen faces a charge following an incident early this (Tuesday) morning. Oelwein police were called out on the report of suspicious activity in the 200 block of 2nd Avenue NW. Upon investigation, 18 year old Aric Quario was arrested on a charge of trespass, a simple misdemeanor.
