A Mass of Christian Burial for James “Jim” Kuennen, 89, of Cresco, will be held Saturday, Dec. 11 at 11 AM at Notre Dame Parish in Cresco. Burial at Calvary Cemetery, also in Cresco. Visitation is Friday from 4 PM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 11 AM at the church. Hindt-Hudek Funeral Home in Cresco is handling the arrangements.

Services for June Wilson, 80, of Manchester, are Friday, Dec. 10 at 11:30 AM at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester. Burial at Oakland Cemetery, also in Manchester. Visitation is Friday from 9 AM to 11 AM at the funeral home.

Walter Lutz, of Elkader, died November 22, 2021. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Burial at Elkader Eastside Cemetery with graveside military services by the U.S. Army Honor Guard. Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Elkader is assisting the family with arrangements.

A Celebration of Life for Brenda J. Johnson, 62, of Ossian, will be held Saturday, Dec. 11 at 11 AM at Ossian Lutheran Church in Ossian. Burial at Greenwood Centennial Cemetery, rural Ossian, with military graveside services by Brockman-Hamersland American Legion Post No. 503 in Ossian. Relatives and friends may greet the family Saturday for two hours before the start of services at the church. Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home in Oelwein is assisting the family with arrangements.

Private family burial following the funeral mass. Visitation is Thursday from 3 PM to 7 PM and Friday for one hour before services at the church. Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home in Guttenberg is handling the Arrangements.

Ronald “Butch” E. Navratil, 78, of Washington, died Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021. Visitation is Saturday, Dec. 11 from 9:30 AM to 11 AM Hauser Weishaar Funeral Home in Charles City. Graveside services will follow vistation at Evergreen Cemetery in Rudd. Following graveside services, there will be a luncheon at the Rudd Community Betterment Center gymnasium.

Burial at Mount Calvary Cemetery in West Union following the funeral mass. Visitation is Wednesday from 4 PM to 7 PM, with a 4 PM rosary service at Burnham-Wood-Grau Funeral Home in West Union. Visitation continues Thursday for one hour prior to the funeral mass at the church.
