Services for a Hazleton woman, 77 year old Kathryn Rhines, are Monday at 12 noon at Geilenfeld Buehner funeral home in Oelwein. Burial in Union cemetery in Aurora. Visitation is from 10am to noon Monday at the funeral home.

Services for a Decorah woman, 93 year old Hazel Stortz, are Saturday at 11am at First Lutheran church in Decorah. Burial in Phelps cemetery. Visitation is 9:30am until service time Saturday at the church. Schluter Balik funeral home is handling the arrangements.

Services for a West Union man, 89 year old Duane Jellings, are Friday at 10:30am at Redeemer Lutheran church in West Union. Burial in West Union cemetery with military rites. Visitation is 4-7pm Thursday at the church, and an hour before services. Burnham Wood Grau funeral home in West Union is helping the family.

An Oelwein woman, 98 year old Frances Reen, died Sunday. There will be a private family service. Inurnment at a later date in Woodlawn cemetery in Oelwein. Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Oelwein is assisting the family.

Memorial services for a rural Postville man, 70 year old Dennis Hesse, are Saturday at 11am at Martin Grau funeral home in Waukon. Friends may call from 9:30am until service time Saturday at the funeral home.

A celebration of life for a Jesup man, 71 year old Thomas Hamilton, will be held Sunday at 3pm at the Oelwein American Legion Hall. Visitation is 1-5pm Sunday at the Legion. Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Oelwein is in charge of arrangements.
