Oct. 10 funeral announcements

Services for a former Lawler woman, 84 year old Delores Shileny of New Hampton, are Friday at 10:30am at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel church in Lawler. Burial in St. Mary's cemetery in Little Turkey. Visitaton is 4-7pm Thursday at the church, with a 3pm rosary and 3:30pm scriptural wake service, and an hour before services Friday. Conway Markham funeral home in New Hampton is handling arrangements.

Services for a New Hampton resident, 86 year old LaVerne Nelson, are Saturday at 11am at Trinity Lutheran church in New Hampton. Burial in the New Hampton cemetery. Friends may call from 9:30-11am Saturday at the church. Conway Markham funeral home is in charge of arrangements.

A Cresco man, Richard "Rick" Sebastian, died October 2nd. A visitation will be held Sunday, 1-3pm at Lindstrom Funeral home in Cresco.

Services for a Prairie du Chien man, 65 year old Walter Thornton, are Saturday at 11am at St. Peter Lutheran church in Prairie du Chien, with full military honors. Visitation is 9-11am Saturday at the church. Thornburg Grau funeral home in Prairie du Chien is assisting the family.

Services for an Osage man, 88 year old Dale Shoger (shah'gur) are Saturday at 10:30am at Trinity Lutheran church in Osage. Burial in the Osage cemetery with military honors. Visitation is 4-6pm Friday at Champion Bucheit funeral home in Osage.
