Services for a Strawberry Point woman, 81 year old Joan Werner, are Friday at 10:30am at St. Mary Catholic church in Strawberry Point. Burial in St. Mary Catholic cemetery in Manchester. Visitation is 3-7pm Thursday at Leonard Muller funeral home in Strawberry Point, with a 3pm scripture service, and an hour before services at the church.

An Arlington man died Tuesday; services for 84 year old Marvin Gamm, are pending at Leonard Muller funeral home in Strawberry Point.

Services for a Lime Springs woman, 94 year old Julia Timmerman, are Monday at 11am at St. Paul's Lutheran church in Lime Springs. Friends may call 3-6pm Sunday at the church, and an hour before services. Lindstrom funeral home in Cresco is assisting the family.

A Waterloo man, 77 year old Frank Merrill, died Monday; services will be held at a later date. Kaiser Corson funeral home in Denver is in charge of arrangements.

Services for a former Hawkeye woman, 97 year old Miriam Fritz of West Union, are Saturday at 10:30am at Trinity Lutheran church in Hawkeye. Burial in the Hawkeye cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Friday at the church fellowship hall, and an hour before services at the church. Becker Milnes funeral home in Hawkeye is assisting the family.

Services for a Decorah woman, 69 year old Diane Frey, are Friday at 3:30pm at Decorah Lutheran church. Burial in the spring, in Locust cemetery in rural Decorah. Visitation is 1:30-3:30pm Friday at the church. Schluter Balik funeral home in Decorah is handling arrangements.
