An Elgin woman, 89 year old Karolin Lehman, died Monday. Services will be set at a later date. Leonard Grau funeral home in Elgin is assisting the family.

A celebration of life for a former Manchester man, 79 year old Junior Joseph "JJ" Staton of Strawberry Point, will be held Saturday at 4pm at his son, Tracy's home in Jesup. Leonard Muller funeral home in Strawberry Point is assisting the family.

Memorial services for a rural Lansing man, 26 year old Ben Kerndt, are Tuesday at 11am at Zalmona Presbyterian church in rural Waukon. Burial in Lansing Ridge cemetery. Friends may call 4-8pm Monday at Martin Grau funeral home in Waukon.

Services for a former Postville woman, 86 year old Marlene Klocke of Waukon, are Saturday at 10am at Bethlehem Presbyterian church in rural Postville. Burial in the church cemetery in rural Postville. Friends may call 4-7pm Friday at Martin Grau funeral home in Waukon.

An Elkader man, 90 year old Duane Tieden, died Tuesday. No services are planned at this time. Leonard Grau funeral home in Elkader is assisting the family.

Memorial services for a Fayette man, 62 year old David Johnson Jr., are Thursday at 6pm at Klocks Island Park in Fayette. Visitation is an hour before services. Becker and Son funeral home in Fayette is assisting the family.

Services for a Luana man, 90 year old Romandus "Sam" Gisleson, are Thursday at 10:30am at St. Paul Lutheran church in Postville. Burial in Postville cemetery. Visitation is 4:30-7pm Wednesday at the church. Schutte Grau funeral home in Postville is assisting the family.

A Hawkeye man, 68 year old Irvin Holder, died Saturday. Graveside services with military rites will be held Saturday at 2pm at West Union cemetery. Burnham Wood Grau funeral home in West Union is helping the family.

A McGregor man, 89 year old Gerald Betthauser, died Wednesday. A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 1pm at St. Mary's Catholic cemetery in Tomah, Wisconsin. Visitation is 4-7pm Tuesday at Thornburg Grau funeral home in McGregor.

A Quasqueton woman died Friday. A private service for 88 year old Anna Allsup-Straw will be held Tuesday. Reiff Family center funeral home in Independence is in charge of arrangements.

A Nashua woman, 57 year old Mary Ellen Tegtmeier, died Friday. Services are pending at Hugeback Johnson funeral home-Olson Chapel in Nashua.

A Charles City woman, 76 year old Linda LaChapelle, died Friday. Visitation is 5-7pm Tuesday at Hauser Weishaar funeral home in Charles City. Inurnment at Riverside cemetery in Charles City at a later date.

Services for a Cresco man, 99 year old Elias Zweibahmer, are today, Monday at 11am at Notre Dame Catholic church in Cresco. Visitation is an hour before services at the church. Lindstrom funeral home is handling the arrangements.

Burial with military honors Wednesday at 1pm at Gethsemane cemetery in Lansing. Friends may call 9am until service time Tuesday at the church. An Hazleton man, 53 year old Ronald McLaury, died Saturday. Graveside services will be held Thursday at 10:30am at Woodlawn cemetery in Oelwein. Geilenfeld Buehner funeral home in Oelwein is assisting the family.

Services for an Independence woman, 93 year old Sarah Shannon, are Wednesday at 10:30am at St. John's Catholic church in Independence. Burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is 4-7:30pm Tuesday at the Reiff Family center funeral home in Independence, with a 3:45pm rosary and 7:30pm vigil service.
