An Independence woman, 84 year old Barbara Siggelkov, died Saturday. A private graveside service will be held at Mt. Hope cemetery in Independence. A memorial service will be held at Immanuel Lutheran church in Independence, at a later date. White funeral home in Independence is in charge of arrangements.

A rural Independence woman, 84 year old Patricia Fowlkes, died Saturday. The family will have a private graveside service, and there will be a celebration of life at a later date. White funeral home in Independence is handling the arrangements.

An Oelwein man, 72 year old Stephen "Bergy" Bergeson, died Tuesday. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Oelwein is assisting the family.
