April 10 funeral announcements

Memorial services for a Floyd man, 88 year old Robert "Bob" Picken, are Saturday at 11am at St. John Evangelical Lutheran church in Charles City. Inurnment in Oakwood cemetery in Floyd at a later date. Friends may call from 9:30am until service time Saturday at the church. Hauser funeral home in Charles City is in charge of arrangements.

Services for a Rockford man, 89 year old John Arends, are Friday at 10:30am at Holy Name Catholic church in Rockford. Burial in Riverside cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Thursday at the church, with a 3:30pm rosary, and an hour before services. Hauser funeral home in Charles City is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial services for a former Northeast Iowa woman, 72 year old Roberta Joyce Bowdish of Des Moines, are Friday at 10:30am at Edgewood Bible church in Edgewood. Inurnment in Cass Township cemetery in Strawberry Point. Visitation is an hour before services at the church.
