Sept. 3rd Funeral Announcements:

A former Waverly woman, 85-year-old Donna D. Dralle of Marion, died Sunday at Linn Manor Care Center in Marion. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Friday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church and School in Waverlly. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 PM Thursday at Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home in Waverly, which is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will also be held Friday for one hour prior to services at the church.

A former Ionia woman, 85-year-old Mary Ann Mathilda Tilkes, died Friday at New Hampton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in New Hampton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Ionia, with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 PM Wednesday at Conway-Markham Funeral Home in New Hampton, with a Rosary at 4:30 PM and a Scripture Wake Service at 7 PM. Visitation will continue Thursday prior to the Mass at the church.

An Oelwein woman, 68-year-old Peggy D. (Nelson) Strand, passed away Sunday at her home. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM Friday at First Baptist Church in Oelwein. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 PM Thursday at the First Baptist Church in Oelwein. Kruse-Phillips Funeral Homes of Tama is in charge of arrangements.

An Oelwein woman, 92-year-old Joan Lansing, died Thursday, August 22nd at Ossian Senior Hospice in Ossian. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at held 10:30 AM Saturday at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Ossian, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation be held from 9 to 10:30 AM Saturday before Mass at the church. Schmitz-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Ossian is helping the family with the arrangements.

A former Farmersburg woman, 97-year-old Minerva Adeline Leonard of Sycamore Illinois, died Sunday, August 25th at her home. Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 PM Friday at Leonard-Grau Funeral and Cremation Service in Elkader. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Elkader. Leonard-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Elkader is helping the family with the arrangements.

A former Monona man, 68-year-old Lonny Suddendorf, of Abilene, Texas, died Sunday, August 25th at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene. Graveside Services will be held at 1 PM Thursday at Monona Cemetery in Monona. Leonard-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Monona is helping the family with the arrangements.

A Waterloo woman, 53-year-old Kimberly Mariea (Jones) Femino, passed away Saturday at UnityPoint Health-Allen Hospital in Waterloo. A celebration of life service will be place at 11 AM Saturday at Ridgeway Bethel Baptist Church in Waterloo. Inurnment will be at a later date in Garden of Memories Cemetery, also in Waterloo. Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home in Waverly is assisting the family.
