Oct. 20 funeral announcements

An Oelwein man, 92-year-old William "Bill" Mundt, died Sunday. Services are Thursday at 10:30 AM at Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home in Oelwein, with burial at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, rural Oelwein. Visitation is Wednesday from 4 to 7 PM at the funeral home, followed by a 7 PM military memorial service by Ross Reid American Legion Post No. 9 Honor Guard of Oelwein. Visitation will continue for one hour before services at the funeral home.

A New Hampton man, 60-year-old Jimmy Herzberg, died Saturday. Private family services will be held at a later date. Hugeback-Johnson Funeral Home in New Hampton is handling the arrangements.

A memorial service for an Alta Vista man, 23-year-old Dustin Ruth, will be held Saturday at 10:30 AM at The Bridge Church in Charles City, with interment at a later date. Those not able to attend are invited to view The Bridge Church's or Hugeback-Johnson's Facebook page for live-streaming of the service. Friends may greet the family Friday from 4 to 7 PM at Hugeback-Johnson Funeral Home in New Hampton. Visitation continues Saturday one hour prior to the service at the church.

A Waverly man, 82-year-old Donald Kueker, died Monday. Services are Friday at 11 AM at St. Paul's Lutheran Church – Artesian, rural Waverly, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The service will be live-streamed on the Kaiser-Corson Facebook page. Visitation is Thursday from 4 to 7 PM at Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home in Waverly, and also Friday for one hour prior to the service at the church.

Visitation is Wednesday from 4 to 7 PM at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester. Friends may also call Thursday from 8:30 to 9:45 AM at the Funeral Home.
