Services for a former rural Bremer County woman, 95 year old Viola Wittenburg of Shell Rock, are Thursday at 10:30am at Kaiser Corson funeral home in Waverly. Burial in Harlington cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Wednesday at the funeral home, and an hour before services.

A Celebration of Life for a Monona man, 51 year old Russell Wright, will be held from 2-6pm Sunday at Leonard Grau funeral home in Monona. Inurnment at a later date.

Services for a Shell Rock man, 40 year old William "Billy" Rover, are Friday at 10:30am at Faith Lutheran church in Shell Rock. Visitation is 4-8pm Thursday at Kaiser Corson funeral home in Shell Rock.

Memorial services for a Decorah man, 66 year old Randy Solem, are Thursday at 11am at Canoe Ridge Lutheran church in rural Decorah. Inurnment in the church cemetery. Visitation is from 9:30 until service time Thursday at the church. Fjelstul funeral home in Decorah is serving the family.

An Independence man died Friday evening; services for 86 year old Roy Conrade Sr., are pending at Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Oelwein.

Services for an Oelwein man, 71 year old Alejandro Cruz, are Thursday at 10:30am at Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Oelwein, with military honors. Inurnment at Woodlawn cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Wednesday and an hour before services Thursday at the funeral home.

A Celebration of Life Service for an Oelwein woman, 94 year old Gladys Sanders, will be Saturday at 10:30am at Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Oelwein. A Graveside service will be held afterword, at Harlington cemetery in Waverly. Visitation is an hour before services at the funeral home.

Memorial services for a Harpers Ferry man, 88 year old Charlie Vavra, are Saturday at 11:30am at the Harpers Ferry Legion, with lunch to follow. Friends may call 11am to 2pm Saturday at the Harpers Ferry Legion. Martin funeral home in Waukon is handling arrangements.
