Services for an Oelwein woman, 78 year old Phyllis Hinkel, are Thursday at 10:30am at Peace Lutheran church in Oelwein. Burial in Long Grove cemetery in Maynard. Visitation is 5:30-7pm Wednesday at Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Oelwein and an hour before services at the church.

An Oelwein child, 9 year old Ace Reaves, died Sunday at University Hospitals. Services are pending at Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Oelwein.

A former Edgewood man, 59 year old Larry Funke of Chicago, died Sunday. Private family services will be held at St. Mark Catholic church. Inurnment at St. Joseph Catholic cemetery in Greeley. A public celebration of life will be held at a later date.

A former Elma man, 76 year old Daniel "Danny" Jacoby of Waterloo, died Sunday. Services are being made with Conway Markham funeral home in Elma.

A Prairie du Chien woman, 78 year old Karen Mueller, died Sunday. A private family service will be held. Thornburg Grau funeral home in Prairie du Chien is assisting the family.

A Fayette man, 94 year old Burton Odekirk, died Saturday. Graveside service will be Saturday at 1:30pm at Dunham Grove cemetery in rural Randalia, with military rites. Becker Milnes funeral home is handling the arrangements.

Services for a Hawkeye woman, 97 year old Susanna Henn, are Thursday at 10:30am at Trinity Lutheran church in Hawkeye. Burial in Hawkeye cemetery. Visitation is 5-7pm Wednesday at the church fellowship hall, and an hour before the services at the church. Becker Milnes funeral home in Hawkeye is assisting the family.
