Nov. 15 funeral announcements

Services for an Independence woman, 91 year old Colleen Roscovius, are Monday at 11am at Immanuel Lutheran church; burial in Mt. Hope cemetery in Independence. Visitation is 1-4pm Sunday at White funeral home in Independence.

Services for a Waukon woman, 69 year old Marsha Bieber, are Monday at 11am at Zion United Church of Christ in Waukon. Burial at a later date in Oakland cemetery. Friends may call 2-5pm Sunday at Martin funeral home in Waukon.

A Ryan man, 66 year old Thomas Frasher, died Saturday; graveside services are Friday at 11am at Golden Prairie cemetery in Ryan.

Services for a Janesville man, 92 year old Robert Rice, are Friday at 11am at Janesville United Methodist church. Burial in Evergreen cemetery in Clarion with military honors. Visitation is an hour before services at the church. Kaiser Corson funeral home in Waverly is assisting the family.

An Oelwein woman, 82 year old Mary Ellen Thein, died Tuesday; a memorial visitation will be held Saturday from 3-6pm at Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Oelwein. There will be no funeral services.

A New Hampton woman, 88 year old Annette "Ann" Schmitz, died Tuesday. There will be a private family burial at a later date. Conway Markham funeral home in New Hampton is assisting the family.

An Elkader man, 64 year old Jacob Beeh, died Tuesday. A private memorial service will be held. A visitation will be on Friday, from 4-7pm, at Leonard Grau funeral home in Elkader.

Services for a Manchester woman, 81 year old Dolores "Dee" Boss, are Saturday at 10:30am at First Lutheran church in Manchester. Burial in Oakland cemetery. Visitation is 3-7pm Friday at Leonard Muller funeral home in Manchester, and an hour before services at the church.
