May 2 funeral announcements

Services for a Hawkeye man, 83 year old Curtis McCallum, are Friday at 10am at United Methodist church in Hawkeye. Burial in Bethel cemetery in rural Hawkeye. Visitation 5-7pm Thursday (today) at Becker Milnes funeral home in Hawkeye and an hour before services at the church.

A Spillville girl, 15 year old Jessica Timp, died Tuesday; services will be held Saturday at 10am at St. Wenceslaus Catholic church in Spillville. There is no prior visitation. Schluter Balik funeral home in Decorah is handling arrangements.

Services for a Waucoma man, 46 year old Ryan Upton, are Monday at 11am at St. Paul Lutheran church in Postville. Visitation is 3-7pm Sunday at the church, and an hour before services. Schutte Grau funeral home in Postville is helping the family.

Memorial services for an Oelwein woman, 82 year old Sharon Schroeder, are Monday at 11am at First Baptist church in Oelwein. Visitation is an hour before services. Geilenfeld funeral home in Oelwein is assisting the family.
