An Oelwein woman, 74 year old Linda Westendorf, died Sunday. A memorial service for family and close friends will be arranged by Jamsion Schmitz funeral home in Oelwein, to be held at a later date. Burial in Woodlawn cemetery.

An Independence woman, 87 year old Patricia Cherry, died Tuesday. A private family service and burial will be held at the Quasqueton Union Church, and Quasqueton cemetery.

An Independence man, 63 year old William "Bill" Meister, died Monday. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. The Reiff Family Center-Funeral home and Crematory is assisting the family.

A Nashua man, 97 year old Bernard Horn, died Monday. Services are Monday at 10:30am at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. Burial in St. John United Church of Christ cemetery in rural Nashua. A public rolling visitation will take place from 9:30am until service at the church. Hugeback Johnson funeral home-Olson Chapel in Nashua is in charge of arrangements.

A Faribault, Minnesota man, 81 year old Gregory Tilkes, died Tuesday. Public graveside services will be held Monday at 2pm at St. Mary's cemetery in North Washington. A private visitation will be held in the morning before the services. Hugeback Johnson funeral home in New Hampton is handling the arrangements.

A New Hampton man, 81 year old John Knutson, died Wednesday. A private graveside service, with a celebration of life, is being planned for a later date. Conway Markham funeral home in New Hampton is in charge of arrangements.

A Floyd woman, 91 year old Alvina Molitor, died Tuesday. A private family service will be held at Hauser Weishaar funeral home in Charles City. It will be live-streamed on the funeral home Facebook page at 11am Saturday. Burial in Calvary cemetery.

A McGregor man, 58 year old Brian Nading, died Saturday. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Thornburg Grau funeral home in McGregor is assisting the family.
