March 19 funeral announcements

Note: Due to the spread of the covid 19 virus, some families have made the decision to alter, postpone or cancel family funeral services and visitations.

A New Hampton man, 70 year old Douglas Quinn, died Tuesday. A private service will be held Saturday at Holy Family Parish; burial Monday at the Emmet cemetery in rural Beresford, South Dakota. Hugeback Johnson funeral home is handling the arrangements.

A former Manchester woman, 97 year old Vivian Cramer of Asbury, died Tuesday. A private family service and burial will be held. Burial in Oakland cemetery in Manchester. The family plans to have a public memorial service at a later date.

Graveside services for a Waukon woman, 96 year old Jean Berge, were previously held at Oakland cemetery. Martin funeral home in Waukon is handling arrangements.

A Dundee man, 71 year old Joel Berry, died Wednesday; Leonard Muller funeral home in Strawberry Point is assisting the family.

A Charles City woman, 94 year old Marjorie Nixt, died Saturday. A private Graveside service will be held at a later date.

A Cedar Falls woman, 62 year old Stephanie Boehmer, died Wednesday; services are being arranged by Conway Markham funeral home in New Hampton.

An Oelwein woman, 56 year old Kendell Canny, died Saturday. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Jamison Schmitz funeral home is assisting the family.
