An Elkader man, 71 year old Charles "Chuck" Peterman, died Tuesday. A private funeral service will be held, with inurnment at a later date. Leonard Grau funeral home in Elkader is assisting the family.

A rural Charles City woman, 81 year old Mary Ann Parker, died Wednesday. Private family funeral services will be held at Trinity United Methodist church in Charles City. Burial in Oak Hill cemetery Nashua. Hugeback Johnson funeral home in Nashua is handling the arrangements.

Services for a New Hampton man, 55 year old Gerald "Jerry" Bodensteiner, are Tuesday at 10:30am at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic church in Lawler. Burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call 5-7pm Monday at Hugeback Johnson funeral home in New Hampton, with a 4:45pm rosary followed by a parish scripture. Visitation is also an hour before services at the church.

Services for a Plainfield woman, 76 year old Marilyn Keigan, are Saturday at 10:30am at the Bridge church in Charles City, burial in Pleasant Valley cemetery in rural Clarksville. Friends may call 4-7pm Friday at Hugeback Johnson funeral home-Olson Chapel in Nashua, and an hour before services at the church.

Services for an Ionia man, 78 year old 78 year old Robert "Bob" Trewin, are Saturday at 10:30am at Holy Family Parish in New Hampton. Burial in St. Mary's cemetery in New Hampton. Conway Markham funeral home in New Hampton is in charge of arrangements.
