Memorial services for an Elma man, 76 year old Donald Miller, are Saturday at 2pm at St. Peter Lutheran church in Elma, with military rites. Burial in Howard cemetery. Visitation is one hour before the service at the church. Conway Markham funeral home is assisting the family.

A New Hampton man, 89 year old Maurice "Maurie" Randall, died Tuesday. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date at the New Hampton cemetery. Conway Markham funeral home is assisting the family.

Memorial services for a Sumner man, 86 year old Norman Sharar, are Friday at 10:30am at United Methodist church in Sumner. Inurnment in Wilson Grove cemetery in rural Sumner. Visitation is 4-7pm Thursday at the church, and an hour before services. Becker and Son funeral home in Sumner is assisting the family.

A celebration of life for a rural Waterville man, 77 year old Robert Thompson, will be Saturday at 10:30am at Old East Paint Creek Lutheran church in rural Waterville. A brunch will follow in the church basement.

A celebration of life for a Waukon woman, 91 year old Betty Schwamman, will be held in October. Martin Grau funeral home in Waukon is handling the arrangements.

Services for a former Waverly woman, 85 year old Joan Kratchmer of Clarksville, are Friday at 11am at Trinity United Methodist church in Waverly. Burial in Harlington cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Thursday at the church. Kaiser Corson funeral home in Waverly is helping the family.

A Marquette man, 72 year old Robert Hamann, died Monday. Services are pending at Thornburg Grau funeral home in McGregor.

A Waverly man, 80 year old James "Jay" Jebe, died January 18th. Graveside services and burial of cremains will be held Friday at 4pm at Riverside cemetery in Shell Rock. Kaiser Corson funeral home is handling the arrangements.
