A Fredericksburg woman, 72 year old Helen Ott, died Tuesday; services are pending at Hugeback Johnson funeral home in Fredericksburg.

A former Oelwein woman died Wednesday at the Guttenberg Care Center; services for 88 year old Lois Streich are pending at Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Oelwein.

Memorial services for a Hawkeye man, 56 year old Jeffrey "Jeff" Holstad, are Saturday at 3pm at Schluter Balik funeral home in Decorah. Visitation is 1-3pm, before the service, at the funeral home.
