Services for a Decorah man, 95 year old Carsten Hovden, are Saturday at 11am at Decorah Lutheran church. Burial in the Lutheran cemetery in the spring. Visitation is 4-7pm Friday at Schluter Balik funeral home in Decorah, and an hour before services at the church.

A Celebration of Life for a Cresco man, 77 year old Larry Voves, will be held Friday, Jan. 4th at 1pm at Notre Dame Catholic church in Cresco. Burial at a later date. Visitation is 11am to 1pm Friday, Jan. 4th, at the church. Hindt Hudek funeral home in Cresco is assisting the family.

Memorial services for a Strawberry Point woman, 80 year old Barbara Jean Gerdes, are Saturday at 10:30am at Emanuel Lutheran church in Strawberry Point. Inurnment in Cass Township cemetery. Visitation is an hour before services at the church. Leonard Muller funeral home is handling arrangements.

Services for a New Hampton woman, 97 year old Fern Dungey, are Friday at 10:30am at Trinity Lutheran church in New Hampton. Burial in New Hampton cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Thursday at Conway Markham funeral home in New Hampton, and an hour before services at the church.

Services for a Manchester woman, 91 year old Maxine Schultz, are Thursday, Jan. 3rd at 10:30am at our Savior Lutheran church. Burial at 2pm Thursday (Jan. 3) at Garden of Memories in Waterloo. Visitation is 3-7pm Wednesday, Jan. 2nd at Leonard Muller funeral home in Manchester, and an hour before services at the church.
