Services for an Independence woman, 86 year old Thelma "Connie" Wilson, are today, Tuesday at 10am at White funeral home in Independence. Burial in Mt. Hope cemetery.

Services for a Decorah woman, 86 year old Agnes "Aggie" Winger, are Friday at 11am at Decorah Lutheran church. Burial in Washington Prairie Lutheran cemetery in rural Decorah. Visitation is 5-7pm Thursday at Fjelstul funeral home in Decorah, and an hour before services at the church.

A former Fredericksburg man, 70 year old Ronald Kerr of Sumner, died Wednesday. A private family service will be held at a later date. Hugeback Johnson funeral home is handling arrangements.

A Waverly man, 70 year old Jack Allen, died Saturday. A memorial celebration will be held the weekend of Iowa Hawkeye Homecoming, October 11th. Kaiser Corson funeral home is helping the family.
