Services for an Oelwein man, 86 year old Carl Anderson, are Friday at 10:30am at Zion Lutheran church in Oelwein. Burial in Long Grove cemetery in Maynard. Visitation is 3-7pm Thursday at Geilenfeld funeral home in Oelwein.

Services for a Harpers Ferry woman, 51 year old Jenny Manning, are Thursday at 11am at St. Ann-St. Joseph Catholic church in Harpers Ferry. Burial in St. Joseph Paint Rock cemetery in rural Harpers Ferry. Visitation is 4-8pm Wednesday at the church with an 8pm scripture service, and an hour before services. Thornburg Grau funeral home in Lansing is assisting the family.
