Services for a Readlyn woman, 101 year old Emily Schumacher, are Saturday at 10:30am at St. Paul's Lutheran church in Readlyn. Private family burial will be held Tuesday in St. John's Lutheran cemetery, Bennington, in rural Waterloo. Visitation is an hour before services at the church. Kaiser Corson funeral home in Readlyn is assisting the family.

Services for a Fayette man, 79 year old Kenneth "Kenny" Miner, are Friday at 2:30pm at United Methodist church in Fayette. Burial in Grandview cemetery in Fayette. Visitation is 4-7pm Thursday at S.K. Rogers funeral home in Fayette.

A Nashua woman died Wednesday; services for 83 year old Rose Mary Edson are pending at Hugeback Johnson funeral home-Olson Chapel in Nashua.

Services for a North Washington man, 66 year old Thomas Geerts, are Saturday at 10:30am at Holy Family Parish in New Hampton, with military honors. Burial at a later date. Visitation is 4-8pm Friday at Conway Markham funeral home in New Hampton, with a 7pm scriptural wake service, and an hour before services at the church.

Services for a Charles City woman, 85 year old Lorraine Krieger, are Friday at 2pm at Immaculate Conception Catholic church in Charles City. Burial in Calvary cemetery. Visitation is 5-7pm Thursday at Hauser funeral home in Charles City with a 6:30pm scripture service, and an hour before services at the church.
