Services for a Winthrop woman, 92 year old Margaret "Peg" Sproull, are Friday at 10:30am at St. Patrick's Catholic church in Winthrop. Burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Thursday and until 10am Friday at Fawcett Funeral home in Winthrop.

A McGregor man, 67 year old John Scott, died Sunday; there will be no services. Thornburg Grau funeral home in McGregor is helping the family.

Memorial services for a former Waverly man, 80 year old Wallace "Wally" Miller of Bemidji, Minnesota, are Saturday at 10:30am at St. John's Lutheran church, Western Douglas. Visitation is 4-7pm Friday at Kaiser Corson funeral home in Waverly and an hour before services at the church.

Services for an Osage woman, 88 year old Margaret Stangl, are Saturday at 11am at the Columbus Club in Osage. Burial in Sacred Heart cemetery. Visitation is 9:30-10:30am Saturday at Champion Bucheit funeral home in Osage, with a 10am Rosary.
