June 1 funeral announcements

A former New Hampton woman, 88 year old Sue Schueth, died Sunday at her son's home in Indiana. Services are pending at Hugeback Johnson funeral home in New Hampton.

Memorial services for a Fredericksburg man, 60 year old James "Jim Bob" Ihde, are Saturday at 10am at Hugeback Johnson funeral home in Fredericksburg. Friends may call from 9:30am to 10am Saturday at the funeral home.

A rural Luana man, 76 year old William Upton, died Friday. A private family services will be held on Tuesday. A public visitation will be held from 4-7pm Monday at Leonard Grau funeral home in Elgin. Burial with military rites in East Clermont cemetery in Clermont.

A Decorah woman, 73 year old Sandra Evans, died Friday. THere will be no formal services. Schluter Balik funeral home in Decorah is in charge of arrangements.

Services for a former Waverly woman, 84 year old Janet Westendorf of Denver, are Tuesday at 11am at Kaiser Corson funeral home in Waverly. Visitation is 5-7pm Monday at the funeral home. Burial in St. Paul's Lutheran cemetery in Waverly.

A Winthrop woman, 94 year old Catherine "Betty" Baker, died Wednesday. A private graveside service will be held at Fremont Cemetery in Winthrop.

A Waverly woman, 76 year old Leona Cook, died Thursday. A private memorial service will be held at Snell-Zornig funeral home in Clinton on June 5th at 11am, followed by burial in Oakland cemetery. Kaiser Corson funeral home in Waverly is assisting the family.

An Oelwein woman, 77 year old Rebecca Saathoff, died Saturday. There will be private services at Geilenfeld Buehner funeral home in Oelwein. Burial in Woodlawn cemetery.

A Cresco man, 76 year old Gordon Eddy, died Friday. Public services are Wednesday at 11am at Cresco Community chapel. Visitation is 9am to service time Friday. A public graveside service will be held at 2pm Wednesday at Faith Lutheran of Black Hammer cemetery in rural Spring Grove, Minnesota. Lindstrom funeral home is handling the arrangements.
