An Independence man, 84 year old Roger Noe, died Sunday. Services are pending at Fawcett Schmitz funeral home in Winthrop.

Services for a Decorah man, 88 year old Donald Johnson, are Thursday at 11am at Decorah Lutheran church. Burial in the spring in Lutheran cemetery in Decorah with military honors. Visitation is an hour before services at the church. Fjelstul funeral home in Decorah is serving the family.

Services for an Oelwein woman, 73 year old Linda Meyer, are Friday at 10:30am at Peace Lutheran church in Oelwein. Burial in Woodlawn cemetery. Visitation is 4:30-7:30pm Thursday at Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Oelwein and an hour before services at the church.

Services for a Manchester woman, 94 year old Genevieve Bloudek, are Saturday at 11am at Leonard Muller funeral home in Manchester. Burial in Forestville cemetery in rural Dundee. Visitation is 9am to 11am Saturday at the funeral home.

Services for a Manchester woman, 67 year old Marilyn Corcoran, are Thursday at 10:30am at St. Mary Catholic church in Manchester. Burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is 3-7pm Wednesday at Leonard Muller funeral home in Manchester, and from 9-10am Thursday at the funeral home.

Services for a former Waucoma man, 87 year old Virgil Truman of Waterloo, are Saturday at 10am at Grace Baptist church in Waterloo. Burial with military honors at 2pm Friday at Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Van Meter. Visitation is an hour before services at the church. It will also be live-streamed on the Hugeback Johnson funeral home Facebook page.

A Manchester man, 90 year old Cecil Downs, died Saturday. A Graveside memorial service with military rites will be held Thursday at 10:30am at Evergreen cemetery in Delhi.

A Harmony, Minnesota woman, 100 year old Mary Ellen Lietz, died Thursday. A private family service will be held Thursday afternoon at St. Matthews Lutheran church in Granger, Minnesota. Burial in the church cemetery. Lindstrom funeral home is handling arrangements.
