A Lawler man, 87 year old Edward "Eddie" Throndson, died Sunday. Services are pending at Hugeback Johnson funeral home in New Hampton.

A Nashua woman died Thursday. Services for 68 year old Kathy Hults are pending at Hugeback Johnson funeral home-Olson Chapel in Nashua.

A Lamont man, 81 year old Edward Faust, died Friday. A celebration of life and graveside service will be held at a later date. Leonard Muller funeral home is handling arrangements.

Services for a Decorah woman, 82 year old Theola Haugen, are Wednesday at 11am at Decorah Lutheran church. Burial in Lutheran cemetery in the spring. Visitation is from 9:30am until service time at the church. Schluter Balik funeral home is in charge of arrangements.

Services for a Sumner man, 72 year old Ronald Tyrrell, are Saturday at 11am at Becker Milnes funeral home in Sumner. Burial in St. John Lutheran church cemetery in rural Sumner. Visitation is 4-7pm Friday at the funeral home, and an hour before services.

A Decorah woman, 95 year old Pauline Fossum, died Friday. A private family service will be held at Big Canoe Lutheran church. Burial in the church cemetery. Schluter Balik funeral home is handling the arrangements.

A Charles City man, 74 year old Edward Kielsmeier, Jr., died January 14. A celebration of life will be held Sunday from 2-4pm at Hauser Weishaar funeral home in Charles City.

An Ionia man, 75 year old Richard Gerber, died Friday. Private family services will be held at Conway Markham funeral home in New Hampton. Private burial in St. Boniface cemetery in Ionia.

A rural Elkader man, 55 year old Gregg Frieden, died Thursday. No services will be held. Leonard Grau funeral home in Elkader is assisting the family.

Services for a Waukon woman, 70 year old Lois Beneke, are today, Monday at 11am at Zion United Church of Christ in Waukon. Burial in Oakland cemetery. Visitation is an hour before the service. Martin Grau funeral home in Waukon is handling the arrangements.

A Fayette woman, 89 year old Marlys Nefzger, died Friday. Private family funeral service will be held at Becker Milnes funeral home in Fayette. Burial in Grandview cemetery.

An Independence man, 83 year old Frank Hovey, died Saturday. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Reiff Family center funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
