Private family services for a former Arlington woman, 92-year-old Alvera Elizabeth Hogan, of Cedar Rapids, will be held Feb. 27th. Burial in Cass Township Cemetery in Strawberry Point. Leonard-Muller Funeral Home of Strawberry Point is in charge of arrrangements.

An Edgewood man, 59-year-old Randy Alan Morarend, died Saturday. A memorial service with military rites will be held Saturday at 3 PM at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Strawberry Point, with private family burial at a later date. Visitation is Saturday from 1-3 PM at the funeral home.

Services for an Oelwein man, 67-year-old Randy Pfiester, are Wednesday at 6 PM at Geilenfeld-Buehler Funeral Home in Oelwein. The service will following a public visitation, which begins at 3 PM at the funeral home.

Public visitation for a Waukon man, 66-year-old Mark Miller, is Tuesday from 4-6 PM at Martin-Grau Funeral Home in Waukon. Private family memorial services will be held at Zalmona Presbyterian Church in rural Waukon, with burial in Oakland Cemetery, also in Waukon.

A Mass of Christian Burial for a former New Hampton man, 78-year-old Robert "Bob" Martin, of Rochester, Minn., will be held Saturday at 10:30 AM at Holy Family Parish in New Hampton. The service will be live-streamed on Hugeback-Johnson Funeral Home's Facebook page. Friends may greet the family Friday from 4-7 PM the funeral home. There will be a parish scripture service at 7 PM. Visitation continues Saturday one hour prior to the Mass at the church.

A Cedar Falls woman, 73-year-old Cynthia Ann Foster, died Friday. Services are pending with Hugeback-Johnson Funeral Home in New Hampton.

Services for a Sumner man, 75-year-old Ronald G. Ungs, are Friday at 11 AM at St. John Lutheran Church in Sumner, with military rites provided by Thomas E. Woods Post #223 American Legion of Sumner following the service. Visitation is Thursday from 4-7 PM at Becker-Milnes Funeral Home in Sumner and for one hour Friday preceding the service.
