Services for a Riceville man, 79 year old Luther "Mervin" Isaacson, are Thursday at 10:30am at St. Peter's Lutheran church in Riceville. Burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call 5-7pm Wednesday at Lindstrom funeral home in Riceville and an hour before services at the church.

Memorial services for an Oelwein man, 94 year old Arthur Wardell, are Friday at 10:30am at Christ United Presbyterian church in Oelwein. Inurnment in Woodlawn cemetery with military honors. Visitation is 4-7pm Thursday at Geilenfeld funeral home in Oelwein.
