Services for a Charles City man, 90 year old Romanus "Main" Mayer, are Thursday at 10:30am at Immaculate Conception Catholic church in Charles City. Burial in Calvary cemetery. Visitation is 5-7pm Wednesday at Hauser funeral home in Charles City, with a Knights of Columbus rosary at 7pm; and an hour before services at the church.

Services for an Osage man, 89 year old Galen Morse, are Thursday at 10am at First United Methodist church in Osage. Inurnment in the Osage cemetery with military honors. Visitation is 5-7pm Wednesday at Champion Bucheit funeral home in Osage.

Services for a New Hampton woman, 76 year old Sharon Messersmith, are Thursday at 11am at Holy Family Parish in New Hampton. Burial in New Hampton City cemetery. Friends may call 4-7pm Wednesday at Hugeback Johnson funeral home in New Hampton with a 6:30pm Scripture service, and an hour before services at the church.

A Luana man died Sunday at his home; services for 82 year old Eugene Voss are pending at Leonard Grau funeral home in Monona.

A former West Union man died in Arizona from injuries in a motorcycle accident; celebration of life services for 68 year old Meryl Hokel Austin are Saturday at 11am at Bethel Presbyterian church in West Union, followed by military rites. S.K. Rogers funeral home is handling arrangements.

An Oelwein man, 77 year old Allen Rubin, formerly of Boynton Beach, Florida, died Monday morning. Graveside services are Wednesday at 12:15pm at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens in Boynton Beach. Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Oelwein is in charge of arrangements.

A former Riceville man, 74 year old Leroy Rottink of Osage, died Saturday; private family services will be held, with inurnment at Lynwood cemetery in Clarksville. Champion Bucheit funeral home in Osage is handling arrangements.

A Charles City woman, 87 year old Jennie Weiss, died today (Tuesday). The family has requested that no services be held. Hauser funeral home in Charles City is assisting the family.

Services for a former Denver man, 71 year old Gene Buss of Marshall, Minnesota, are Saturday at 10:30am at St. Peter Lutheran church in Denver. Burial in Fairview cemetery. Visitation is 4-8pm Friday at Kaiser Corson funeral home in Denver and an hour before services at the church.
